The Lost Borough Brewing Company utilizes a seven barrel brewhouse. When we opened our doors, we started with nine barrels of fermentation capacity. Within one year, we added nine more barrels. Our current capacity is over fifty barrels. There is a boil kettle, a hot liquor tank for heating water, and a mash vessel with a false bottom for mashing grains and making wort. At this moment in time, there can be anywhere from one to three batches of beer being made during a typical week. Please stop in sometime and enjoy the view of the brewing system through the windows.
