Zack is a brewer here at the LBBC. He started his journey into craft beer as a undergrad at WVU where he started home brewing. His passion for the craft quickly developed from a hobby into a full time career. Zack worked previously for Flying Fish Brewing Co. out of South Jersey, and is graduate of Siebel Institute of Technology's, World Brewing Academy: Associate in Brewing Science and Technology. As Co-Founder of Moncony Farms Hops, you can often find him working in the hop yard during the summer growing months or enjoying a sunset and cold brew from his new digs on Lake Ontario.
